I need appropriate (knee length) shirts that are nice enough to wear to church, but casual enough to wear to school.

I;m having a pretty hard time with this because I like cute patterns and am not interested in pencil skirts.

Can you think of stores that fit these and are still affordable (less than $60)?

Also, is Forever 21's website working for you? I can't seem to get it to lead properly...

You can wear the cute patterned skirts, whoever said you couldn't? I think as long as it's a good length (anywhere from right above the knees to anywhere bellow the knees) and doesn't proclaim something perverse that would be against the church's morals then it's fine.

Heck, I wear jeans to church. Just dress it up a bit, it'll be fine.

You can if you want, I was just telling to OP that the other skirts she liked were fine too, because it sounded to me like she thought she couldn't wear them. If she wants to go with the pencil skirts, that's fine too.

I know I can wear them, I just can never find ones I like! And I really don't like pencil skirts to me they seem really uncomfortable and plain :/

Forever21 might be down for you at the moment, so try again. Since you said less than $60, it's pretty easy. I've never been to designer outlets, but I've been told they have a lot of nice stuff for a bit cheaper price.
